九月入秋

已經來到九月的尾巴，回顧今年三個季度的工作與生活，真的可以說多姿多彩。

小兒子的到來讓我忙碌，半夜被吵醒的次數難以計算。

然後老婆生病，心憂又煩惱，那情緒大起大落的日子，回想起來還是覺得痛。

加入了公寓的共管理事會，作為一個普通的會員，我冷眼觀察整個理事會的做事風格與走向。很想痛罵那些不懂裝懂的會員，也很想抽那個已經離開的公寓管理經理。但是，大方向還是可以接受，只是這群會員還是需要時間去磨練。

上半年工作不愉快，讓我很想離開公司另謀高就。但是，踏入九月卻迎來轉機。許多事情開始看到曙光。不過，我還是要面對同樣的管理層，也只好堅持明年就是我留在這家公司的最後一年。不能夠也不應該多留。

膝蓋的傷病有好轉，但是彈跳力已經越來越差，打球越來越懶，然而我還是成功的出席公司的內部比賽，雖然只是拿到第二名，也算是有為球隊出了力。我無愧，但是有遺憾。如果我能夠把隊伍的防守建立起來，我們很有可能可以拿下冠軍。

印尼分公司出現許多的人事變動，該走的已經走了，想留下的也留下，但是走了的沒有候補，只好蜀中無大將，廖化做先鋒。我又再次被捧上神檯。然後，久沒外出的我又需要拿起行李出門。恢復以前一樣的飛行行程。一個月要外出兩個星期。

以下是我很想在共管理事會電郵裡寫下的，但是鑑於事實對他們沒有多大的啟發，我還是很選擇拿起來，放在自己的部落裡，留個回憶就好了。

I would also want to share my Nightmare experience to all of you. It is happened 5 yrs ago while i was still in Building Management line. I am managing a high end condo at Gombak, they have a team of committees are working very closely to upgrade the building facilities. However, thing turn bad when there were one Tenant spread rumors when the JMB want to cover a play ground into additional car parks. 

That tenant go door to door, and put all notices to every residents, bring in reporter and policeman and blamed the JMB member misconduct. And the worst is, some resident especially those Pigeon resident "people that morning go work, night come home" which dont know the exactly story also joined to blame the JMB.  

So, what happened next is, in AGM all projects is on hold and rejected, and the whole team of JMB member is kick out. And just the next day of the AGM, that Tenant which immediately being elected as JMB chairman bring in police to the management office and report the Management office staff, building manager and supervisor has steal document from the management office. 

I m one of the Area manager and just at that point inside the management office, in preparing to hand over documentation to the new JMB, was arrested together with all the staff by the police without any warrant.

We spend one whole day in the police station and due to lack of evident we were released in mid night. 

The next day, police also arrest the former JMB members because the new JMB Chairman reported there are CBT and the JMB has misused the fund. Even the independent accountant also being arrest for investigation.

The management office is sealed, all documents are locked, and no supplier is pay for 2 months. The building management company were no choice but to discharge the project without single payment. 

This experiences taught a few things,1. Rumors can kill all the good effort, 2. Bandwacon effect. 3. Dont call AGM/EGM when there are rumors maker around. 

The Story end at, the new Chairman was arrested 2 months later due to bully and slam a residents in front of the building. The chairman is too ego and eragant and demand all resident to obey to him. he also misused the chairman authority and conduct misappropriate renovation for his own house. He was jailed for 6 months.
